OVERVIEW
	If the Overseer is the king of Elisist's C3 network, then 
the Silhouette is its messanger.  Fast-moving, the Silhouette 
packs a comprable weapons load to the Overseer, formidable 
armor, and excellent speed, making.it an extremely compotent 
medium 'Mech.  As the designated command 'Mech for the 
Recon Lance of the C3 network started by the Overseer, the 
Silhouette fufills its role excellently, and is a fine addition to any 
unit, though best in units that can take full advantage of its C3 
command system.

CAPABILITIES
	Like the Overseer, the primary armament of the 
Silhouette is medium lasers.  The lasers are mostly grouped in 
the torso reigon, although some are stored on the arms and in 
the head.  The top speed of Silhouette makes the arsenal slightly 
easier to bring into range than the comprable armament on the 
Overseer.  Also, unlike the Overseer, the 'Mech can handle the 
firing of all its lasers at once without any heat spike.
	In addition, the Silhouette is a well-armored 'Mech for its 
class, and appreciably fast.  The core of its design, however, is 
the C3 command computer it houses, which allows it to 
effectively coordinate the efforts of the entire Recon Lance.  
Equally suited to fighting as to recon, the Silhouette is tied into 
the Overseer's network, and then creates its own seperate 
network (at least, on paper).

DEPLOYMENT
	As Elisist's C3 network is still incomplete, the Silhouette 
had not had massive deployment yet.  Forces in both the 
Draconis Combine and the Lyran Commonwealth are beginning 
to purchase both Overseers and Silhouettes in anticipation of 
future releases.  The Fire Lance commander is due out soon, 
which makes everyone all the more interested.
